Refund Policy: A Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

  • TASHLUX's understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Here's when you may be eligible for a return or exchange:
    1. Order Discrepancies: To verify any discrepancies between received products and the corresponding pictures or descriptions, our team of experts will conduct a detailed examination prior to processing a refund.
    2. Defective Products: Following products are considered as defective. If the product does not meet the specifications mentioned in the description, if it has manufacturing defects or any other defect that were not mentioned in the description or shown in photos, or if wrong product has been sent. In all these cases you can return or exchange it.
    3. Counterfeit: Proven counterfeit items will be removed from our platform, with the right to destroy them, if necessary, to ensure our customers' peace of mind. The complaint must be registered within 7 days, no return or exchange will be accepted after these days.

Initiating a Return: A Simple and Streamlined Process

  • We've made the return process hassle-free to ensure your satisfaction:
    1. Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your item, reach out to our dedicated customer service team via email at: support@tashlux.com . To initiate a Returns or Exchanges process, kindly visit our website's Contact Us page and complete the relevant form. They will respond within 24 to 48 hours
    2. Review and Resolution: A customer service representative will promptly contact you within 48 hours to discuss your concerns and explore potential solutions, such as replacement or exchange.
    3. Return and Refund: If, upon inspection, the item doesn't meet TASHLUX's high standards of quality or authenticity, we'll facilitate a swift return process. Items that are subject to return must be unworn and have the tags attached. TASHLUX's tags will be provided and must not be removed in case of a return. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Once the return is complete, you'll receive a full refund for the purchase price of the item.
  • A full refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 days of the request.
  • If payment was made by card, the refund will be processed by the merchant to the same bank account (settlement time will depend on the receiving bank)
