  1. TASHLUX is a leading marketplace portal where discerning customers can buy and sell authentic luxury products. These terms and conditions govern your access and use of our website and services offered thereon.

The “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Ourselves” o https://www.tashlux.com/ refers to (individually and/or collectively referred to as the “Website” or the “Site”) our company TASH JEWELLERY LLC-FZ which is incorporated and existing under the laws of UAE with its registered office at Meydan - Free Zone, The Meydan Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates “Seller”, “You”, or “Us” refers to you, the SELLER and its company.
  3. To register and offer services through TASHLUX, the seller must comply with the following requirements:

    2. Comply with all laws and regulations.
    3. Use the portal for its intended purpose only.
    4. Not engage in any conduct that could disrupt the platform or its operation.
    5. To comply with legal regulations and ensure a responsible online experience, individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to sell on TASHLUX platform. While they cannot create seller accounts, they are welcome to browse and inquire about available items for purchase with parental or guardian guidance.
  4. We act as a trusted intermediary between our buyer and seller on the platform. We strive to facilitate secure and transparent transactions for all parties involved.
  5. We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues that may arise. However, TASHLUX does not warrant successful resolution of all requests.
  6. Upon booking or accepting a service through our platform, a binding legal agreement ("Agreement") is formed directly between the User and the Seller.
  7. TASHLUX champions the fight against counterfeiting within the luxury goods market. We uphold the highest standards of authenticity by employing a rigorous verification process for all high-end and luxury items listed on our platform. By listing your items on TASHLUX, you confirm that the items are genuine and legally yours (free from claims of theft or ownership disputes).
  8. In no event shall TASHLUX be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, punitive damages arising out of or relating to the seller's use of the platform to sell any products on the platform. The seller agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless TASHLUX, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third-party suppliers, from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, demands, disputes, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to the seller's use of the platform to sell any products on the platform. The platform and all content on the platform, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, compilation, software, code, databases, data, and other proprietary information (collectively, "Content"), are the exclusive property of and owned by TASHLUX and its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. User-generated content remains the property of the user, but TASHLUX reserves the right to use and display it. No part of the Content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of TASHLUX. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement. TASHLUX disclaims any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Content. TASHLUX shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the website or its content.
  9. TASHLUX explicitly disclaims any warranty or representation pertaining to:

    2. The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information obtained or displayed on the website.
    3. The continuous availability of the website.
    4. The error-free nature of the website.
  10. We may terminate your access to the platform at any time for any reason with or without notice.
  11. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

  18. SELLER COMPLIANCE
  19. To ensure a smooth and successful experience for all users on the TASHLUX platform, sellers are required to adhere to the following guidelines:
    1. Accurate Listings: Sellers are responsible for providing accurate descriptions of the condition and authenticity of their luxury items. Listings should include high-quality images and clear details to ensure buyers receive exactly what they expect. This minimizes disputes, returns, and potential impacts on seller payouts.
    2. Fair Pricing: Sellers must adhere to TASHLUX's pricing guidelines. This helps maintain a fair and competitive marketplace for both buyers and sellers.
    3. Prompt Shipping: Upon receiving a confirmed order, sellers are obligated to promptly ship the purchased item(s) using secure packaging and a reputable carrier with tracking information. This ensures timely delivery and a positive customer experience, minimizing delays and potential chargebacks.
    4. Secure Packaging: Sellers must use high-quality packaging materials appropriate for the size, weight, and value of the item to ensure safe delivery and minimize damage during transit.
    5. Shipping Timelines: Sellers should adhere to TASHLUX's shipping timeframes by coordinating with delivery company as they have specific time frame for picking up items. or promptly ship the item after receiving the order. Estimated delivery timelines should be accurately reflected in listings.
    6. International Shipping (if applicable): Sellers offering international shipping are responsible for understanding and complying with all customs regulations and duties that may apply. Any additional international shipping costs should be clearly communicated in listings.
    7. Clear Communication: Maintain clear communication with buyers throughout the sales process. This includes promptly responding to inquiries about tracking information, potential delivery issues, or any other questions they may have. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction experience, TASHLUX acts as a trusted intermediary between buyers and sellers. Direct communication between users is currently not permitted.
  20. REFUND POLICY
  21. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of both Sellers and Buyers, TASHLUX has implemented an escrow system on its platform, subject to specific conditions as outlined below.
  22. Payment and Escrow:
    1. Online/electronic payments are made to TASHLUX via our secure payment gateway.
    2. To ensure a secure and transparent transaction process for both buyers and sellers, TASHLUX utilizes escrow services for all purchases. This means your payment, regardless of the chosen method, is held securely until the 7-day inspection period is complete. We prioritize security further by processing payouts only to verified seller bank accounts, minimizing fraud risk.
    3. Sellers must ensure accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and clear communication throughout the sales process.
    4. Upon successful delivery and absence of any Buyer complaints meeting the conditions specified below, TASHLUX will release the funds to the Seller within 7 days. For a hassle-free return experience, buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect their purchases within the 7-day inspection window. After the 7-day period, returns and exchanges will generally not be accepted
  23. Inspection Period and Money-Back Guarantee:
    1. We offer a 7-day inspection period for your newly acquired luxury item. During this time, you may meticulously examine the product and report any concerns directly to our dedicated customer service team at support@tashlux.com.
    2. Should we not receive any communication within 7 days, your satisfaction with the purchase will be assumed and the transaction will be finalized.
  24. Money-Back Guarantee Conditions:
    1. The money-back guarantee is valid for electronic payments using TASHLUX's payment gateway (Credit Card, Debit Card, payment link, or electronic transfers) and. applies under the following conditions:
    2. The Buyer submits a valid complaint within the 7-day inspection period.
    3. The complaint aligns with TASHLUX's return policy, such as receiving a significantly inauthentic or damaged item compared to the listing description.
    4. The Seller has demonstrably failed to meet their obligations, such as misrepresenting the item's condition or failing to disclose material defects.
    5. For your convenience, TASHLUX accepts cash payments. In the case of a cash refund, the funds will be returned only to the person named on the invoice and upon presentation of a valid government-issued ID.
  25. Return Process:
    1. TASHLUX prioritizes customer satisfaction. In the event of a valid complaint regarding an order discrepancy, defective product, or counterfeit item (as outlined in our Payment and Refund Policies), we will facilitate a seamless return process for the inspected item.
    2. Once the item is returned and verified to be in the same condition Items must be unworn and have the original tags attached, which will include TASHLUX tags that cannot be removed, for returns as it was shipped, a full refund will be issued to the Buyer using the original payment method.
    3. In cases where a complaint is validated as an order discrepancy, defective product, or counterfeit item (as outlined in our Payment and Refund Policies), the seller will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
  26. PRIVACY POLICY
  27. This website is owned and run by TASHLUX. We respect the privacy rights for our visitors and recognize the importance of protecting the information collected about them.

  30. RIGHT TO MODIFY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  31. TASHLUX reserves the right to modify these Seller Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material modifications by posting the revised terms on the TASHLUX platform and/or sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the TASHLUX platform after the revised terms are posted or emailed to you constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  32. CANCELLATION POLICY
  33. Order can be canceled any time before receiving the product by the buyer, once the product is received it will be handled as a return.
  34. COMMISSIONS - PAYOUT CALCULATION
  35. TASHLUX operates on a commission-based fee structure. This means we earn a commission for the services we provide in facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers on our platform. The commission is calculated based on a tiered commission scale, which you can find below.
  36. The commission we charge reflects the value we deliver, including product intermediation services and secure dispatch. This commission is transparently included in the final sale price of each product you see on our website. This commission structure applies to all products offered for sale on TASHLUX
  37. First Sale Commission: This policy applies to registered sellers who shall be granted a zero percent (0%) commission rate on the first successful and completed sale transacted via the TASHLUX platform. This waiver, which establishes a 0% commission, permits the seller to retain one hundred percent (100%) of the website value of the item, less only the mandatory 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) and the Service Processing Fee of 4.4%. Following the successful completion and finalisation of the first sale, the standard tiered commission structure detailed in section (ff) shall automatically govern and apply to all subsequent sales.

  39. TASHLUX is currently implementing a limited-time reduced commission rate of 10% on all sales, effective until 31st July 2025. This special rate may be adjusted at our discretion at any time. After this period, the standard commission structure will automatically be reinstated.
  40. Following a successful sale, you'll receive notification via email. To expedite the verification and delivery process for the buyer, kindly ensure the ordered product (excluding any promotional materials) arrives at TASHLUX within 2 business days. Please don't forget to share proof of dispatch with us upon shipment.
